Acceptable Bulk Yard Waste

  • Trees cut into sections 4 feet or less (larger sections will not be collected)
  • Bagged or bundled leaves, bushes, branches, etc.

Schedule Your Bulk Pick-up

Bulk Pick-Up is an a la carte service for household items that are too large to fit inside your garbage container. They are a scheduled-only service. Schedule using Access Winter Haven.

Rates for Bulk Pickup

(per item)

  • Appliances (refrigerator, water heater, dryer, etc.): $17.58
  • Furniture (couch, mattress, armchair, etc.): $14.69
  • Non-Horticultural Refuse (excluding furniture/appliance): $15.67 per cubic yard
  • Special rates may apply for tires or other items deemed hazardous

Construction & Demolition Debris

For bulk construction and demolition materials, large roll-off containers are available for rent. Please email the Solid Waste Division for more information.

  • Bend nails over when protruding from lumber for pick-up and place curbside.
  • If your repairs require a permit from the City or a private contractor has been hired to complete the job, the resulting debris must be removed by the homeowner or contractor.
