STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (SHIP) 

Annual Report (AR)

The Annual Report for the City of Winter Haven’s SHIP Program for the closeout year 2022/2023, and interim year 23/24 will be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) on or before September 15, 2025. This report details the City’s affordable housing program funded by the Sadowski Affordable Housing Act funded by the State of Florida. This report will include the accomplishments of the program as of June 30, 2023.

 The City Commissioners will approve this report at their meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025, 6:00 p.m.  City Hall - John Fuller Auditorium, 451 Third Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881, or soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard. For information or to receive a copy of the report, contact Nancy Hurley, Housing Compliance Manager at (863) 291-5600 Ext: 2106, nhurley@mywinterhaven.com or a copy can be found online and downloaded or read at mywinterhaven.com.

 The SHIP Program Annual Reports will also be available for public inspection in the Planning Office at Winter Haven City Hall located at 451 Third Street NW on or before August 15, 2025. Members of the public may submit written comments on the reports at any time to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC). Written Public comments received prior to the August 25, 2025 meeting will be included with the report.
