DOWNTOWN ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Vacancy
The City of Winter Haven is accepting applications to fill a vacancy (Seat #4) on its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Downtown Advisory Committee. The Downtown CRA was established by Resolution R-00-05, adopted by the City Commission at its Regular City Commission Meeting, March 13, 2000.
The Committee consists of ten (10) members who are residents of, or engaged in business within, the City of Winter Haven, provided; however, that a majority of the membership shall either reside or be engaged in business within the Downtown District. Members serve two-year terms.
This committee meets four to five times per year (February, May, July, and October – unless otherwise noted), on a Monday at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, 351 Third Street, NW.
