The Community Athletics' Division is comprised of the Willowbrook Golf Course, DiamondPlex Softball Complex, Winter Haven Tennis Center and the Rowdy Gaines and Winter Haven Recreational & Cultural Center (WHRCC) swimming pools. The division is responsible for the development and implementation of youth and adult athletic programs, coordination for tournaments and competitions and serves as a liaison with area youth sports leagues.
