City Attorney

It is the duty of the City Attorney to manage and control all the City's legal business and to be, in regard to all municipal affairs, the legal advisor of the mayor, the City Commission and the committees thereof, City Manager and all department directors, officers and boards of the City. When required, the City Attorney provides written or verbal opinions of law to the aforesaid, upon any subject in which the City is interested. The City Attorney is the official, legal representative for the City.
